Chelsea Gilmore is a multi-talented, multi-faceted creative visionary. With over 20 years of experience in the music and entertainment profession, Chelsea is a powerhouse, a trailblazer with vast knowledge of the music scene.

 

With her natural-born knack for spotting superstars, Chelsea has worked with various renowned creatives in the entertainment industry.

 

She’s held positions at Bad Boy Entertainment, Sony Music, Columbia Music, Def Jam, Aftermath Entertainment, Warner Music Group, William Morris/Endeavor Agency, Mandalay Pictures, MTV|VH1, TV One, and BET.

 

A graduate of Hampton University, Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, a certificate in Creative Writing from UCLA, and credits in Image Management and PR from the University of Maryland Global College.

 

As an artist and repertoire in recorded music and publishing, Chelsea liaised with high-level artists to pitch songs and coordinated studio sessions.

 

Chelsea has held several integral positions not only in music but also multimedia and the DC  public school system. Working in public affairs and content production in the US government for the Department of Defense/Defense Media Activity, she excelled in leveraging state-of-the-art multimedia production and distribution technology.

While at the Dept of Defense, Chelsea produced and edited a 2017 Christmas music video for a PBS News holiday broadcast, which gained 3 million plus views within 24hrs. The video was re-aired in 2018 because of its outstanding performance.
